To apply for a refund or a replacement, the item needs to be in the same condition you received it and an official complaint lodged within 14 days from the day on which you first received the item.

Depending on the basis of your claim, we may require evidence of the defect (e.g. photos or videos). We will only begin processing your refund request once we have received the physical return of the item and a quality check is completed by our personnel before deciding to either approve or reject the return request.
*Kindly take note that opened or used items are not acceptable for refund or exchange.

Shipping Policy
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there might be a slight delay in shipping out orders.
We currently ship to whole of Malaysia only. All your orders would require 2-3 business days to be processed before being shipped. All orders are shipped directly from Malaysia. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping order via email and the tracking number will be contained in it. Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Kindly ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we do not allow amendments after the shipping order is generated.
